DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS
Every care is taken to ensure that all descriptions and sizes are accurate. Every
care is also taken to ensure accurate colour reproduction, please note though that colour may vary in accordance with
the settings on your monitor/printer. As every ceramic item is handpainted there will be variation from item to item.
Whilst all ceramic items are dinnerware safe, I do not recommend using them in conventional
or microwave ovens, the freezer or dishwasher, as weakening may occur. I would hope that you won't mind this
slight inconvenience - part of my dinner service has lasted over 10 years and is used on a daily basis - proof that it
lasts!
All cutlery is made with stainless steel and the handles
are made using foodsafe clay. All cutlery is dishwasher safe.
PACKING & DELIVERY CHARGES
Prices are as quoted but please note that prices do not include packing and delivery charges. Packaging
is charged at £2.00 per item and delivery is charged at cost. A gift wrapping service is available, please
ask for further details. Depending on the size of the item and your requirements , delivery is by courier or Royal
Mail's Special Delivery Service.
PAYMENT
Cheques and bank transfer are accepted.
Full payment is required prior to despatch of items.

Gift vouchers can be purchased in units of £10, and are valid for 1 year. Gift vouchers
can be used for items in the current ranges or towards commissions.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event of
your not being entirely happy with your *purchase, it may be returned in its original packaging within 14 days.
Please ensure that it is wrapped carefully so that no damage or loss occurs in transit as the goods remain at your risk until
received by me. The cost of the item/s, less packaging and delivery costs, will be refunded in full. This does not affect
your statutory rights.
